One of my favorite traditions is from the Portland Timbers.  Every goal their mascot (a real live Lumberjack) revs up his chainsaw and slices off a slab. These are sometimes given to fans, auctioned for charity or given to players. So organic and authentic, along with the great visual and sounds of a lumberjack’s chainsaw slicing through a thick log.
