Temporary Tattoos are closely regulated by the FDA and have specific criteria for their production. Most imported tattoos do not conform to current FDA regulations. Many imported shipments of this product have been seized for noncompliance and there is also an import alert from the FDA regarding imported temporary tattoos, be cautious when ordering.
The principal U.S. law relating to temporary tattoos is the Food and Drug Cosmetic Act USC 301. Only FDA certified colors and colors that are certified exempt may be used in the manufacture of temporary tattoos. FDA certified colors are tested by the FDA in batches. Conforming batches are certified and assigned a specific batch number. Our current FDA certificates are available for all batches used in our temporary tattoos.
U.S. FDA regulations require the listing on all temporary tattoos of the ingredients used in descending order of predominance. Our product will contain the following ingredients: Acrylic Multipolymer, Alkyd Polyester Resin, Phenolic Modified Gloss Varnish, Petroleum Isopariffinic Hydrocarbon, Petrolatum, Cobalt Tallate Drier, Black Iron Oxide, FD & C Blue #1 Aluminum Lake, FD & C Yellow #5 Aluminum Lake, D % C Red #7.
FOUR-COLOR PROCESS: Tattoos are printed in four-color process. PMS colors can be closely matched with our Special FDA Certified pigments.
PRICES: Our prices reflect the per piece price of each individual tattoo sheet.
SIZES: The sizes reflect the trim size of the tattoo sheet (regardless of the number of images on the tattoo sheet).
QUANTITIES: Prices are based on the total quantity of the order, even when there are several different versions being ordered.
MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order per design is 1,000 pieces.

REMOVAL: Tattoos will stay on for about 2-3 days, depending on your skin type. You can easily remove the tattoo with baby oil or alcohol. There are instructions on the back of each tattoo.
