The Purr-fect Night Out for Cats

The long-time edge for Dog Love at ballparks is narrowing.

Move over Bark at the Park and Dog Lovers everywhere….the felines are taking over.

While most cats I know are perfectly fine ignoring everyone inside the house, some cats year for the wide open spaces and fresh air of the ballpark.

Enter the Omaha Storm Chasers, who have a solution for these cats:


Now cats, cat-lovers and even cat furries are encouraged to come to the ballpark for their own big night of baseball from the Storm Chasers.  Omaha’s baseball team has held the cat night for few years hoping to attract cat lovers and noted cat-lover Ben Hill to a game.

The team has also allowed cat owners to challenge their feline friends to a cat obstacle course.
