The CRUNCH look to smarten up greater Syracuse with an upcoming STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) night promotion.
During STEAM Night, the Crunch and C&S Companies will work with local organizations and companies to teach fans how science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics can help guide student inquiry, dialogue and critical thinking. The Crunch will have special STEAM displays on the concourse and feature STEAM messaging throughout the game.
Organizations and companies can participate in STEAM Night by purchasing a package that includes 10 tickets to the February 25 game, a logo on in-game STEAM graphics, and a table on the concourse for $300. A $100 donation per package will go towards benefiting the MOST.
We highlighted one teams excellent connect with local STEAM (or STEM if you don’t tag the Arts, ha) in our High Five – Youngstown Phantoms article. They use a robotical shirt launcher in-game created by a local high school that showcases the engineering skills of the local kids while blasting shirts to fans. (see article below)
We’ve partnered with @C_SCompanies to host STEAM Night on Friday, Feb. 25.
STEAM Night packages for local businesses and organizations along with single-game tickets to STEAM Night are on sale now with a portion of proceeds benefiting @MOSTSyracuse.
