Grizzlies Welcome Home Vietnam Vets

Grizzlies welcome home Vietnam Vets and we ask for your help on Military Appreciation Nights.

Memorial Day Weekend is full of baseball teams honoring the military. Here the Fresno Grizzlies held a Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans event.  Their goal was to honor and celebrate the sacrifice and service of our Vietnam Veterans and their families, provide healing by giving them the much deserved “hero’s welcome home,” and to educate the community on this important chapter of our nation’s history.

Event Details

  • All Vietnam Veterans & Attendees Meet at Gate 1 @ 4:30pm.
  • All Vietnam Veterans have FREE ADMISSION. (All Surviving Spouses of Deceased Vietnam Veterans have FREE ADMISSION also.)
  • All Vietnam Veterans & Surviving Spouses will receive a Commemorative Challenge Coin.
  • All other attendees can purchase tickets for $12.
