Thunderbirds Lockdown Fan Appreciation

The Thunderbirds are finding ways to present their promotions online during the lockdown, including their fan appreciation night.

The Springfield Thunderbirds (AHL) aren’t letting the Corona Virus lockdown get in the way of appreciating their fans. The have turned this into Fan Appreciation Week using social media to engage fans at home.

The prizing for their in-game Fan Appreciation Night is being repurposed and given away through social media, including some promotion of their partners. Following our lockdown theme of doing what you do in-game, but doing it online…this is a strong solution.

The team is also using their Instagram account for fan votes on which theme night game they want to see again (most recently between Star Wars Night game and Hockey Fights Cancer).

Are you finding ways to shift your promotions from in-game to on-line? Share it in comments.
