Driving Thanks in Rochester

Team takes the lead thanking health care workers in this critical time.

With all the on-line activations from teams to engage fans, this one stood out to me from the Red Wings.

Coloring pages and crosswords certainly are effective, but when teams take the leadership in the community like this I think it is their most powerful role. With health care workers on the front lines its easy to forget the costs and stress on these public servants. A stream of cards and notes from kids will mean a lot and with strong followings teams are in the right place to help organize. Of course this also affirms some civic responsibility from kids.

Great work in Rochester.

Also they have been posting a Feel Good Video of the Day (FGVOD) and they are awesome.

Patches and Kickbacks

Big value for Scouts at the Ice Flyers in March. Team is giving a team logo Scout Badge and kicking back $5 for every ticket sold to the Scouts. Beats selling popcorn.
