A couple years ago I sat in on a Fort Wayne Komets show. Their staff has binoculars and a binder with a couple hundred celebrity photos. The staff spends a big chunk of time scrolling around the arena and noting people and locations, and then connecting the dot with their spreadsheet of celebrity photos. The more staff who are dialed in the better your chance of success.
